我们河滨小学是灵宝市唯一一所采用与上海学生同步英语教材的小学，我们从一年级就开始开设英语课程，目的就是希望我们的孩子可以从小开始接触和掌握一门新的语言，为将来更好的学习和生活打下基础。。

一年级的孩子们年龄比较小大都在6岁，7岁，共性特征是特别喜欢玩，非常好动;注意力还不能稳定持久，这个阶段的孩子注意力一般能稳定持续15分钟——20分钟左右(男孩子要稍差一些);思维非常具体，容易受外界影响。但他们可爱，聪明，热情，正处于掌握新语言的最佳阶段。作为英语教师，我将尽职尽责，竭尽全力，通过丰富多彩，形式多样，充满趣味的教学活动，多媒体课件等培养孩子们的学习兴趣，以最大限度的耐心来帮助我们的孩子养成良好的学习习惯。本期在教学上我打算从以下几个方面入手：
1、 大英语课堂的.学习
(每日歌谣的学习
低年级的英语学习任务并不大，平时主要是以培养孩子的学习兴趣为主。在我们学校每天都有全校师生一起学习英语每日一句和每日歌谣的时间，在这麽浓厚的学习氛围中，我想抓住这个学习的机会，让孩子充分感受到学习英语的热情和大的英语学习氛围，从而激发他们学习英语和使用英语的积极性。
(2) 抓好教学主阵地
课堂是英语学习的主阵地，也是孩子真正学习知识的场所。抓住课堂的40分钟，孩子才可能扎实的掌握英语知识。因此，本期英语课堂我遵循以下原则:
句子或对话都是先让孩子多听、多说、多练。说的对错都不是最重要的，开口才是学习英语的良好开端。我不想培养一个只会考试的机器，而是希望孩子真正掌握一门语言------那就是大胆、自信说英语。
基础、品行都不同，有的孩子参与的热情特别高，回答问题非常积极，有的把手举得很高，有的站起来抢着回答，还有的为了回答问题急得嗷嗷叫，还有少部分的孩子不敢举手。但在每节课上我会给所有孩子回答问题和展示自我的机会，做到一个都不能少，让每个孩子的胆量、口语都能得到锻炼。
2、 良好的英语学习习惯的培养
(1) 养成良好的听读习惯， 利用配套磁带坚持做到每晚听英语的习惯，巩固并预习新知。
(句子会读。
(3) 养成背诵的习惯。对课本所学的内容进行流利的背诵。达到一个量的积累。
四、 家长配合
通过开学前家访时与咱们家长的接触，我发现咱们家长都很年轻，素质也比较高，而且教育理念新，那么我想咱们对待孩子的英语学习也一定是很关心的。下面我给大家提几点对提高孩子英语水平有帮助的建议。
读书、背书，这个作业做了没有，做得怎么样我们也没有办法检查。所以我们家长就是孩子英语作业的监督者，督促孩子多听磁带、多读书，然后对孩子的情况做一简单的小结，签上家长的姓名，到校我们会根据大家的签字给予孩子评价和鼓励。这样孩子在校和在家都能对所学知识进行巩固和复习，长此以往，他的英语兴趣、口语、成绩就都能有所进步。
2、和孩子一起学英语。语文上提倡“亲子共读”,同样英语也可以采用这个办法。和孩子一起学英语，看英语节目，进行简单的英语对话，这都是对英语孩子英语兴趣的培养，这比你买许多的英语学习资料，让孩子自己去学的效果要好得多。不会英语的家长你也不用担心，你还可以让孩子当你的老师，来教你英语，这样孩子在教的过程中又学了一遍，还有一种成功的心理体验。
我们现在就得打下良好的英语基础，才不会导致英语越学越难，通过以往对每届学生观察发现很多学生都是在同一起跑线上起跑的，但经过两三年的学习，学生与少数学生之间可能会拉开一定的差距。那相对来说如果刚开始没有用心学好英语，那相对来说，孩子以后会学得很累，将来的英语学习也是不难想象的。
希望我们方都能多投入一些，家长的重视更会让孩子增加信心，相信您的孩子会给予你更多的回报!

1.帮助孩子养成听英语习惯。
⑴每天安排一个固定的时间(10分钟左右)督促孩子听英语。如每天固定在晚上7：00听英语，则每天一到这个时间就帮助孩子准备好，让孩子养成习惯。听英语时，能听一句跟着说一句，并对比自己的发音，尽量模仿，自己纠正。
⑵帮助孩子完成听说英语作业。因为我们是从口语开始训练，所以一年级的英语作业大多是听和说。让孩子看着英语单词卡片说一说，或边做动作边说等等。并建议家长让孩子看着英语书第一页的英语汇总表让孩子读一读上面的句子和单词。
2.帮助孩子养成用英语的习惯。
我们的英语教学不从abc字母开始，而从英语口语开始，一方面是遵从学习规律;另一方面是为了孩子应用的需要。我希望您能多问问孩子“今天英语学到了什么”，孩子学到的儿歌，歌曲等可以鼓励他表演给别人看。有条件的还可以用学到的与孩子对话。总之，鼓励孩子把学到的在家里用起来。

进入新世界以来，环境污染比任何时候都要严峻。有各式各样的污染：水污染，空气污染，噪音污染等等。看起来我们活着一个四周都是污染源的星球。那么，这些污染是从何而来的呢?在很大程度上，环境被破坏就是我们为快速的经济增长和人口增加所付出的惨烈代价。为了得到更多的能源，人们砍伐树木，挖更多的煤矿，但是还是难以维持日益增长的需求。不计其数的私家车充斥着公路，加油站的汽油严重短缺，政府多次上调油价也未能阻止私家车对汽油的需求。自然资源的过度利用已经影响到了生态平衡。然而，工厂依旧向外排放有毒气体，把工业废水倒入河里。人们依旧缺乏保护环境的意识。我认为人们应该做些事情了。
在这理想的接力赛中，我们用球场上搏击的洒脱、教室里读书的宁静，操场上奔跑的坚强，课堂上聆听老师讲课的认真和伏案苦读的辛劳，把握着时间的脉搏。人的生命是有限的，人的青春是短暂的。居里夫人曾说过：当你有一个伟大的目标时“你就会把工作当成休息，当我们有了远大的理想。
政府应该施行一些更为严格的法律来防止环境被进一步的破坏掉。他们应该让人们了解到保护环境的重要性。我们要在保持经济发展和环境保护中找到平衡点。在沙漠中植树造林，禁止工厂往河流里直接排放废水。鼓励人们用交通工具上班。我的梦想是穿上军装，我对于军营的向往以及军装的执着，每次路过部队门口，看到哨兵挺拔的军姿，虽然我的理想没能实现，但是我一直都以中国人民解放军为榜样，做任何事都会坚持不懈的努力，不轻言放弃。不怕苦不怕累。

Today, my speech is about talents,in my opinion, talents are indispensable in nowadays society. as is known to all that the fight among countries is actually the fight among talents.
First, i'd like to define the word"talent" in my idea, a talent is one person who is good at or expertised in some or multiple areas. nowadays, as the world developing goes on , if one country want to rank top or do a good job in the world, the country must have many talents.
