当我在讨厌学习不想上学羡慕成年人的自由时，是妈妈告诉我，每个年龄段都有他该做的事情，我现在的任务就是要好好学习，妈妈说如果我到了18岁的年龄再不想学习的话她不会勉强我的。妈妈说虽然她是自由的，但她有时讨厌上班和我讨厌学习一样，但是她努力的工作是我的幸福生活基础，她不努力就会被社会淘汰，这使我懂得了没有付出就没有收获。所以每当我不想好好学习时我就会想起妈妈说的那些话。

四、多读书

当然我的妈妈也要求我多读书，我可以读自己喜欢的书，但是什么类型的书都要读一读，要博览群书吗。以前我对读书不感兴趣，妈妈就逼着看着我读，把我弄哭了好几次。但我还是不爱读，时间长了妈妈看这一招不管用，就不再管我了。

每次领我去图书馆她都不管我，自己借好书后先在馆里看，回家空闲时也看，可能是间长了我觉的没意思就跟着看了起来。为了我能有读书的兴趣，妈妈说我看什么样的书都可以，甚至我在11岁的生日时妈妈送了我一本《阿衰全集》当礼物，现要想想妈妈真是很用心。她是先让我对阅读感兴趣后，才能慢慢读其他的书籍。

二、补偿心理。有些家长由于小时侯没有好的读书环境，感到十分遗憾，因此往往会把自己未实现的愿望寄托在孩子身上，不考虑孩子的具体情况，其结果使孩子产生逆反心理;有些家长自己孩提时代生活条件不好，现在便给孩子无微不至的照顾和“高标准”的生活待遇，从而让孩子产生依赖心理，缺乏独立生活能力。

三、放纵心理。一些家长在“娇惯要趁早，树大自然直”的思想支配下，往往对孩子的品行、爱好、兴趣及社会交往不闻不问，而一味放纵，溺爱。溺爱往往出现在孩子的爷爷奶奶，一遇到什么问题“老黄伞”一撑，长此以往，使孩子养成了一些不良习惯。

在我的心里，五(7)班58个孩子都很优秀，都不简单！

一、班级管理

本班共有学生58人，男生35人，女生23人。来自永平小学、新港小学等学校。生源复杂，学习程度也有差异，学生之间、师生之间都需要了解、适应，需要磨合。

有的学生学习习惯、生活习惯很差。

针对这种情况，我们觉得本学期让学生有一个良好学习习惯、生活习惯尤为重要，而班集体，是学生健康成长的沃土。因此为创设一个良好的班集体我们作出了以下努力：

（一）培养学生的安全意识和自护能力

开学初，我们对孩子“重安全，抓习惯”的教育。我们严格按照学校的倡导，利用凡是能用的时间适时的教育孩子。如在早读、课前、下课时、班会时，我们会经常教育孩子在家中、在校内、在上学路上养成自护意识，掌握一些自护的方法。

家长们都看到了，我们的学生是在三层教学楼，在校内，要求学生靠右上下楼，不准在楼梯内逗留、拥挤、奔跑、打闹，保证学生上下楼的安全。尤其在课间，上下楼梯靠右走，不能乱扔东西，不能乱跑，同学嬉戏要适度，不能过分。另外，我们的学校正处于交通要道，校门外车来人往，存在很大隐患。

我们学校从领导到每一位教师都非常关注学生的安全，采取了许多措施尽量保障每一位学生安全。学生在学校里的安全得到了保障，而学生在路上，这就要求我们学校和家长共同教育，共同努力。我们教育学生遵守交通规则，保证自身的安全。

如校内外不做危险游戏，上学、放学路上不逗留、不玩耍，放学后直接回家，相信各位家长和我们一样关心孩子的安全，如果有什么特殊情况不能及时来接，一定要提前打**给我或林老师。同时，教育孩子学会宽容，能够善待别人。我经常教育学生小事不要斤斤计较，要宽容大度一些，这样，才能有大出息。

人们常说“宰相肚里能撑船，将军臂上跑开马。”各位家长，这不是让孩子吃哑巴亏，而是让学生学会宽容，学会和人相处，一个事事不想吃亏的人，在社会上可能吃大亏。

坚决禁止孩子带零食，带零花钱。我常看到有几个孩子带零花钱，到小卖部买零食，这样不利于学生的身心健康。

（二）提出创设优良的班级环境，让学生做班级的主人。

为创建一个文明守纪、团结互助、勤学上进，有强大凝聚力的班集体。我采用多队队长负责制，如我们全班共58人，分成9个小队，共设队长24人，其中语文、数学共18人，卫生2人纪律5人。班委8人，课代表3人。

另外门窗、电灯、讲台、黑板，花盆都有专人管理。共计50多人次。让多数同学得到锻炼，人人成了班级小主人，体会管别人与被别人管的滋味。

各小队之间展开竞争，激发学生的上进心和责任心。在作业、卫生、纪律方面，实行百分制，量化学生，年终评定十星少年。

（三）班干部的任用

建立一支团结、扎实、肯奉献的班干部队伍

以前，每个学期开始，我们都会通过演讲、学生投票的方式评选班干部。这些班干部有的始终干的不错，有的不够积极。我想，讲得好的不一定干的的好。

本学期我和林老师先临时用了些班干部，经过一段时间的观察，同学们之间也有了些了解，又采用了全体同学投票的方式，让同学们选出平时表现出色，有服务意识，有责任心的班干部。我们设有三位班长，分管卫生、纪律、学习。班干部的评选，并不是说选上的就是好孩子，没有缺点，选不上的就差一点。

有一句话说得好，每个孩子都是宝贝，都有别人可能没有的长处。只是由于孩子的成长环境，成长经历、身体、年龄等因素的原因，在某个方面可能这个强一点，在另一方面，可能那个棒一些。每个家长都希望孩子既有好的学业成绩，又有较强的综合能力。

愿意让孩子参与各项活动，参与班级管理。可是有些同学给他机会他把握不住，当不了几天就恢复原有的面目，自己表现不好，在同学面前就没有说服力。我们绝对坚持的原则是能者上。

简单的事情能干好，就是伟大的。在这方面我们会适时调整，只要有利于班级工作。我们尽可能的为孩子搭建一个展示自己、愿意为别人服务的平台。

每天早上到校后，班干部就督促学生打扫卫生、交作业。一般7：50准时早读，每天坚持时间长了，同学们习惯成自然了。

（值日分工）我觉得一支优秀的班干部队伍是班主任强有力的助手。我认为一个人应该从小培养一份责任感，长大了才能有所作为，才能成为一个对家庭、对社会负责的人。而做值日就是培养这种责任感的最好锻炼。

在家里，我们不妨让孩子学会洗碗，洗自己小点的衣服，整理自己的床铺，用具，尽到自己的那份责任。

（四）规范学生的行为习惯，严抓养成教育。

好习惯，将让孩子受益终生，对孩子说来，养成良好的习惯比获得知识重要的多，因为良好的学习习惯是他们顺利学习的保证。我便有这样一个体会：一个好习惯一旦养成，长大后便会一直坚持下去。

因此，我们要用心培养孩子良好的习惯。我们对学生提出实实在在的要求：从眼前的一言一行做起，包括不在楼道内喧哗、跑跳；从上课专心听讲做起；从认真完成作业做起。

尤其是听课习惯。我们知道如果上课不专心听讲，即使是最聪明的孩子，也未必能取的优异的成绩，老师很难做到让每一个孩子都集中注意力听好每一堂课，有些孩子自律一些他集中的注意力就长一些。现在多数同学听课习惯已经很好了。

有些同学上课举手特别活跃，学起来比较轻松，有些同学进步也很大。但是还有6、7个孩子时时刻刻要靠我们提醒。

（五）通过活动培养孩子的参与意识，增强班级凝聚力，促进学生健康快乐成长。

积极配合学校，组织好各项活动，增强班级凝聚力，促进学生健康快乐的成长。我们用心经营班级，学校里举行的每一个活动，我们都积极参加，用心策划。我们的目的就是给孩子搭建一个展示自我的平台，创设一个宽松、愉悦的学习环境，让孩子得到更多的锻炼，很多学生就是在这样成长起来了。

如中小**动会我们学校团体操的表演，50多人参加。学校大队委的竞选。我觉得这些活动都是发现学生、锻炼学生，提高审美能力、表达能力、提高团结合作能力的良好契机，使我们班拥有了和谐团结积极向上的正气。

通过活动增强班级凝聚力，促进学生健康快乐的成长。

从2月15号到现在，我们虽只经历了很短的时间，我们老师和孩子之间有生到熟，与其说是师生关系，还不如说我们更像是朋友。作为一名班主任，越来越喜欢这群活泼可爱的孩子。这是一群生机勃勃、个性飞扬的孩子。

他们有的活泼开朗，有的文静内秀，有的聪明睿智，有的与人为善，有的调皮机灵等等。虽说有时面对他们的调皮，他们的惰性，他们的不懂事，我们很无奈，但我会这样想他们的不足正是我们老师、家长共同努力的方向。

早上7：50领读的同学声音响亮，领读到位。班长任劳任怨，为班级服务。

每天早上的家庭作业，我经常能收全，但也有个别学生忘记了做或忘记了带。每天下午四点半，全班几乎都可以准时走出校门。

我们班涌现出了一大批优秀的学生：

（一）现在的语文家庭作业有这样几种内容：
